Scope
Applies to paid wellness support programs and physical materials purchased from Winninggrace, a business located in Pennsylvania.
Before your start date
Cancel at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled start for a full refund of program fees paid to us. Cancellations within 7 days may include up to a 15% administrative fee to cover prepared materials.
After access begins
When digital access is granted, refunds are prorated for unused full weeks remaining in your track. Partial weeks are not refunded. In-person sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
Physical goods
Printed planners returned unopened within 14 days of U.S. delivery qualify for a refund minus outbound shipping. Opened items may be exchanged for an equivalent title when stock allows.
How to request
Email managers@winninggrace.world with your name, order reference, and reason. We confirm within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Chargebacks
Contact us first so we can resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may pause access while we investigate.
State rights
Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws.
